Vanessa joins Everlight Care with a strong background in client coordination, compliance, staff leadership, and team development. Throughout her career, she has successfully overseen daily operations, supported staff growth and accountability, maintained audit readiness, and helped ensure clients receive the compassionate, person-centered care they deserve.
