Lauren supported a client through a particularly challenging stage of dementia, demonstrating exceptional patience, compassion, and skill. She was able to communicate effectively about his daily routine, provide gentle guidance, and help keep him on track, even during difficult moments.

Lauren used thoughtful behavioral de-escalation techniques to help calm the situation and provide reassurance. Her steady presence and compassionate approach made a meaningful difference in his care.

Lauren remained by his side throughout his journey, caring for him with dedication and dignity until the end of his life.
