This month, our Bakersfield Leads have nominated Caregiver Mariah M. for Caught Caring.
Mariah is incredibly attentive and observant when it comes to her client’s normal behavior and condition. Her ability to notice when something is not quite right has allowed her to take timely action and help ensure her client receives the care they need.
In fact, Mariah’s attention to detail has helped identify three separate UTIs before they progressed to sepsis.
Her dedication, awareness, and commitment to her client’s well-being truly reflect what it means to be Caught Caring.
