This week, we’re celebrating Somchit S., who was recognized by her peers for the patience and compassion she brings to her care.
Somchit supports clients living with dementia who may experience confusion and sometimes resist assistance. In those moments, Somchit remains patient, gently redirecting and reassuring her clients while continuing to provide the care and support needed.
Our team shared that Somchit is incredibly caring, has tremendous patience, and shows a true passion for her work.
Dementia care can require flexibility, understanding, and plenty of patience. Somchit demonstrates all three, meeting challenging moments with kindness while helping her clients feel supported and respected.
